Outdoor Structures

One of our favorite projects here at Lone Star Mobile Welding are these backyard structures. The happiness of our clients after the project is complete is so satisfying. If you want some relief from the hot Texas sun, or improve the aesthetics of your home, a patio cover is a great way to do that. Unlike wood, Steel will never rot out if taken care of, and is much stronger. A steel patio cover will last a life time. Unlike the premade structures you can get off the shelf, our covers will not rust out, or blow over the first time a guest of wind blows through. We use much thicker steel in our patio covers and pergolas to insure they last a lifetime.

All of these Structures were fabricated and installed by Lone Star Mobile Welding.

This Trellis Structure was Fabricated, and erected by Lone Star Mobile welding. 8" square tubing columns, 12"x8", 8"x4", and 6"x4" rectangle tubing framing, and 6"x4" rectangle tubing rafters on 12" centers. Large Structure is 80'x25', and the smaller one is 25'x12'. Over 31,000lbs of steel were used in this project!
