Outdoor Structures
One of our favorite projects here at Lone Star Mobile Welding are these backyard structures. The happiness of our clients after the project is complete is so satisfying. If you want some relief from the hot Dallas Texas sun, or improve the aesthetics of your home, a custom welded patio cover is a great way to do that. Our custom modern steel and metal patio covers are unlike everyone elses cedar covers. Unlike wood, Steel will never rot out if taken care of, and is much stronger. A steel patio cover will last a life time. Unlike the premade structures you can get off the shelf, our covers will not rust out, or blow over the first time a guest of wind blows through. We use much thicker steel in our patio covers and pergolas to insure they last a lifetime. Check out our pictures below of our metal and wood pergolas and patio covers. We do Carports also! All of our carports are custom fabricated, welded together and handmade. We do not use "kits" or any other pre-made options. All of our structures are built to last and do not use thin and flimsy materials. Each cover is built to fix the size of the customers space and what size vehicles they wish to cover. We can fabricate a carport for small cars, all the way up to the biggest RVs, motorhomes, and boats.

This Trellis Structure was Fabricated, and erected by Lone Star Mobile welding. 8" square tubing columns, 12"x8", 8"x4", and 6"x4" rectangle tubing framing, and 6"x4" rectangle tubing rafters on 12" centers. Large Structure is 80'x25', and the smaller one is 25'x12'. Over 31,000lbs of steel were used in this project!
