Lone Star Mobile Welding was honored to be crucial part of helping Dallas Pets Alive achieve their first public adoption center. You can find them at the Community Brewery near downtown Dallas. This shipping container was delivered onsite, and modified to be the home of Dallas Pets Alive. All the cutting, reinforcements, mezzanine structure, patio cover and staircases were custom fabricated and installed by Lone Star Mobile Welding. This project was brought to us with nothing more than a concept photo and we were able to bring this project to life. The patio cover structure up top will provide shade and wonderful place to hangout and have drinks. The entire mezzanine structure is fabricated and welded together with heavy duty structural steel components. The metal structure on top of this modified shipping container will last a life time and will not rot or warp like wood. Our certified mobile welders in Dallas did an excellent job standing this structure up. The metal and steel staircase is also custom fabricated, and welded onsite to exact dimensions to allow access to the top mezzanine structure of this shipping container. Lone Star Mobile Welding had the opportunity to fabricate and install the 100% custom metal stair case and railing in Addison Texas, just outside of Dallas. The steel stringers, treads, kick plates, and railings are built to last the life of the building. All rails and stair treads are built within ADA spec. You can see the heavy duty stringers and structure that we can pride in the quality of the products we provide to our customers. All Fabrication and measurements are taken onsite to ensure a 100% perfect fit to its permanent location. We provided all the anchor bolts, embed plates, baseplates, columns, beams, and roof structures for this project. All structural steel was custom fabricated, and welded on site by our certified mobile welders!

A large box truck hit this awning and bent a huge area of it. Luckily the steel surgeons at Lone Star Mobile welding were able to get the bad areas cut out, and new steel spliced into place. Little bit of cutting and little bit of welding and shes back in business!

These two driveway gates, pedestrian gate, and handrails were custom fabricated and installed, by our professional mobile welders in Highland Park, just north of downtown Dallas. This 8' tall security Wrought iron fence was installed in Carrollton, to keep potential thieves away from the expensive air conditioning units, on this new warehouse building. This was welded all welded together on site by our professional mobile welders! 

In Euless we replaced this old worn out, unsafe, and rusted out ladder with a new one. This was custom fabricated out of 2" angle iron

Working with a General Construction contractor we have been working on bridges pilings, doing structural reinforcements all over the North Texas area.

We can work on Heavy Equipment! We welded these brackets to accept fork from a forklift onto this backhoe bucket in Dallas. When you need a welder with the skills and equipment to make a weld that will last give us a call!

The frame of this trailer in Coppell, TX had buckled and collapsed from the immense stress that these trailers are subjected too. The frame was pulled back into position, rewelded, added extra thick steel plate for reinforcement, and extra gussets added to make sure this trailer will not break again.

We were called on site in Allen, Tx to repair and replace the hinges on several dumpster doors. This is not a job for an inexperienced welder. The hinges have to be carefully removed, the heavy door carefully repositioned to ensure they are level and straight with the other door, then welded with a strong unbreakable weld.

Working with a new client, we have been doing repairs on heavy duty trailers. This trailer for example needed a new leaf spring support bar. The old tubing support bar had sheared apart due to the extreme stress it was under during turns. We cut the old unit out and replaced it with a completely solid steel rod to prevent this break from happening again. We can travel anywhere in the DFW area. These trailers have brought us to Waxahachie, Irving, Fort Worth, and Garland, Texas.

After seeing our previous planters, this customer loved them and wanted a couple for himself. These were fork lifted to the 3rd story roof! Stay tuned to see these finished up with the wood installed!

We were contacted to install additional structural supports to raise the ceilings and roof on this house. Being the house belongs to President George W Bush, was a very special job for us, and was a great honor to be apart of this project.

This backyard pergola in White Rock Lake, was constructed out of heavy wall 4" square tubing for strength and cemented 4' into the ground. The customer is going to put a retractable sunshade along the top of the pergola. The patio support was given a new modern design to tie in with pergola in the back of the house.
