We were tasked with coming up with a stand to support and hold up the front line of players in this game. The stands needed to be sturdy and heavy to keep them from tipping over. These stands come out to 70lbs a piece and have the expanded metal in the middle to allow for more weight to be added.

A customer in Carrollton, Texas contacted us wanting to fabricate a frame for a wooden sliding driveway gate. The gate is 30' long and 8' high. Along the top is a piece of angle iron to protect the wood from the rollers on the top of the gate.
Working with another local fabricator, we worked together to erect these custom fabricated shelving units in Little Elm
This ornamental fence in Grapevine is 6' high and would make a wonderful addition to any backyard. Stand out from the endless wood fences and go with a fence that looks great and will last much longer than wood. These fence panels feature a "u" channel instead of square tubing to keep water from sitting inside of the tubing and rusting it out. This fence will last for many years to come!
This pole was holding up a spiral stair case in McKinney, Texas. Over time the thin material had rusted out and become unsafe. To remedy this I cut out the rusted out section, removed the old base plate, and installed new beefier parts. The new pipe is 3/8" thick and the base plate is 1/4" thick. This repair will last for years to come.
We had to opportunity to work with an RV restoration company in Fort Worth, Texas on this Airstream. This vintage Airstream Trailer was in rough shape, the frame was rusted out and in several sections, like the rear of the trailer, the supports had completely rusted away. This trailer will see the open roads again though with a little TLC done by Lone Star Mobile Welding! Several sections were cut out and replaced with new fresh steel and with the quality welds we provide laid down, this trailer will soon be ready for the highway!
This access door was built in our shop then installed on site. The frame of the door has all mitered joints so no part of the inside of the tubing is exposed. Using this method will keep it from rusting out from the inside allowing it to last for years to come.

This weekend must have been a busy time for road-trippers, as we had two separate emergency trailer repairs. One job even called us at 10pm on a Saturday night, and we were able to repair his gooseneck adapter and get him back on the road within an hour. Lone Star Mobile Welding just finished up a set of metal awnings for a local mexican food restaurant. They were fabricated in our shop using square tubing, and transported to the restaurant for installation. They look great, and most importantly give some shade from the hot Texas sun.
Lone Star Mobile Welding had the opportunity to work on this cooling looking driveway entrance in Allen, Texas. The customer had all of the plans already drawn out and we were able to bring his idea to life. The archway will eventually be covered in stone to match the two columns.

We had a call from a customer with a smoker that needed repair. It had belonged to their grandfather and had sentimental value. It was in bad shape. Here are the build photos from a Hog Dog box that will fit on the back of a customers ATV. As you can see, we had to make some modifications to the dimensions of it.
